Valentines Cook Along
Thank you for purchasing the Woolf and Social Valentines Cook Along. Glad you’re joining us, it’s going to be a giggle.
Please see below the required equipment and larder list to join in the cook along.
Equipment List
- Champagne flutes
- Chopping Board
- Tupperware various sizes
- Sharp Knife
- Peeler
- Food Processor, Spice Grinder or Pestle and Mortar
- Lemon Squeezer
- Grater
- Circular metal Biscuit Cutter
- Fork
- 2 Metal baking trays
- Whisk
- Heatproof Bowl
- Small Cake Tin or non stick high sided roasting tray
- Baking Parchment
- Stand Mixer or Electric Whisk
Larder list (we assume you have these)
- Sea Salt
- Black pepper
- Pinch nutmeg
- Vegetable oil
- 75ml brandy
- Dash of bitters (angostura)
- Dash of white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of icing sugar
Ingredients to buy (If you purchased the £50 ingredients package, everything in this section will be delivered)
- 1k Golden Caster sugar
- 500g Unsalted Butter
- 1 Orange
- White fish of your choice, eg Bream, Halibut, Hake, Cod, Sole, etc
- 3 sheets Nori Seaweed
- Chives
- 3 limes
- 1 pink grapefruit
- 1 Red chilli
- 1 Fennel
- 2 of your favourite cut of steak (2x 200-300g – Sirloin would be perfect)
- 1 Celeriac
- 1 Leek
- Fresh Horseradish or good Horse Radish sauce
- Small Creme Fraiche
- 2 x Green Tea bag
- 1 Blood Orange
- 300g 70% Dark Chocolate
- 6 eggs
- 50g Flaked Almonds
- 250ml double Cream
